About the event
We'll be having a relaxed dinner together at one of the finest restaurants in Wagga Wagga.
Drinks will be available to purchase on the night. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
For $30, you will receive:
Entree
Antipasto, including house made breads and a selection of small bites
Main (alternate drop)
Seared cutlet of Goulburn Valley Pork soused in Szechaun over Japanese cucumber ribbons, picked daikon and ginger (GF, DF)
or
Rack of Riverina lamb rubbed in saltbush resting on a smashed pea and quinoa falafel, peach and jalapeno salsa kissed with mint (GF, DF)
Dessert (alternate drop)
The immortal lemon tart, capped in pink G&T jelly nestled over rose water syrup, pistachio praline scattered (GF, DF)

Chocolate mousseline torte. Layers of hazelnut and cacao sponge, a slip of pomegranate and charred mallow
